Ashleigh comes to MH&CO. Business Advisory as an experienced and commercially driven Senior Corporate Affairs Executive, having spent over 15 years in the consumer goods industry and at the executive level in a multinational company. During her last role as Head of Legal and External Affairs at Carreras Limited, Ashleigh built a reputation for leading best in class corporate and regulatory affairs strategies which included driving corporate brand visibility, optimizing Government and stakeholder relations and engagement, and raising the company’s profile to support business sustainability and growth. Along with her significant experience in corporate communications, corporate governance, public and media relations and brand and trade marketing, she is recognized as having exceptional ability to manage details, achieve targeted goals, and bring definitive management to unclear situations. She also brings extensive international experience having led the corporate affairs strategies for several markets across Latin America and the Caribbean. Ashleigh-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (Cum Laude) from Winthrop University in South Carolina, USA, and a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
