His career includes leadership roles at notable financial institutions including Vice President of Citibank Jamaica, where he led the bank’s operations in the areas of corporate banking, lease financing, centralized operations, financial control, and as head of the Bank’s regional internal audit team.

Richard is a senior investment banking executive with more than thirty years of experience in the industry. He recently retired from Goldman Sachs, where for several years leading up to his retirement, he was responsible for Goldman’s investment banking business in Latin America.
Richard began his career as a financial analyst in municipal finance at the First Boston Corporation in New York. He also worked in mortgage-backed financing, structuring and pricing CMOs at Kidder Peabody and Chemical Bank, and in Emerging Markets at JP Morgan.
