Shaneka Remikie

Shaneka brings over 14 years of experience in the financial industry to the MH&CO. Business Advisory team. Her expertise encompasses diverse areas such as Research and Risk Analysis, Structured Products, Corporate Banking, Performance Analytics, and Strategy. 

During her tenure with one of the largest financial groups in the Caribbean, Shaneka modelled, structured, and executed complex undertakings and spearheaded the launch of its first Principal Protected Notes offering. Her analytical support extended across various corporate classifications, enabling crucial financial transactions. In her most recent position, Shaneka was responsible for designing and implementing monitoring tools and techniques to assess strategic initiative performance and execution. 

With a comprehensive understanding of the industry's key factors, she delivers in-depth analyses that support high-level decision-making and uncover hidden value. Shaneka takes a collaborative approach to assessing company performance and strategy implementation, resulting in robust business development plans aligned with strategic objectives.

Shaneka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies and was the winner of the JSE’s Market Research Competition in 2014. She has completed Level II of the CFA program and is currently progressing towards the final level.
